Stirring Up Something New
In response to tightening budgets, and a crucial need for organizations to invest in highly targeted strategic initiatives to help grow their market share, Third Degree has developed Stir™, a program that helps different organizations "spread or share" the cost of a comprehensive research and strategy initiative.

Stir™ is a two-day, strategic planning session facilitated by Third Degree, where organizations come together to focus on one predetermined trend or challenge. An example topic might be how to leverage Boomers to influence consumer choices of Gen Y. Example participants in that particular Stir™ session might be three or four credit unions from non-competing markets. They would share the cost of the research and planning session, making the session a more budget-friendly undertaking.

Stir™ sessions include focus groups of relevant consumers, as well as information gathering, discovery and a diagnostic breakout session. Participants work in groups to develop strategic programs they can then choose to implement at their individual organization.

Stir™ is a jumping off point based on real insight. The power is in the process. Third Degree will follow up with a strategic document based on research, findings, insight and collaboration that details an executable program. The organization's participants can implement the program using their internal staff or Third Degree can assist with tactical elements.
