Our Space, Our Place
The Third Degree open-office concept weaves in and out of the industrial columns and exposed pipes that used to look down upon workers of a different time. Our converted warehouse space reflects our agency flow and philosophy – an open exchange of ideas and a multi-layered approach to every project. Our clients feel it, too. Art directors are not hidden away. Media buyers and strategic planners bring creative ideas to the table. Every team member is a vital part of this environment of accessibility to each other and our clients.
Walls Don’t Define How We Interact
So if you’re in our own backyard – or at one end of the country or another – we engage with you as if we were standing side by side (or at least within friendly shouting distance), through face-to-face visits, regular conference calls and a consistent, open dialogue that fosters a true partnership.
Every Monday, the Third Degree team takes part in an agency wide staff lunch meeting to share new ideas that help reinforce our fresh approach and translate into executable innovations for our clients. A different team member is assigned an idea day to prepare and present. Presentations can focus on subjects from new social media strategies, to show-and-tell approach.
At Third Degree, the daily Huddle is a way for everyone to get synchronized. Each department meets for 10 minutes every morning, and there each team member shares one top priority for the day, and one area of challenge where they might be “stuck.” Huddles help people focus on the right things, act faster in solving problems, and get everyone on the same page. Plus, at the end of the Huddle, it’s kind of goofy and fun to shout “serve it up, serve it up, WAY UP!!!”
