Mickie Lara has more than 15 years experience in advertising and communications. Mickie works internally as an agency director, setting Third Degree’s course for the health of the agency and the benefit of our clients.

As a senior agency strategist, Mickie is a key consultant for clients, advising in all aspects of agency service including strategic planning, market research, public relations, creative development, media planning and overall tactical execution. Mickie has an MBA from Oklahoma City University and graduated Magna cum Laude from Fort Hays State University in Kansas.

Mickie has been a primary adviser with clients such as OU Physicians, Oklahoma Blood Institute, Pioneer Communications, Unity Health Center, Allegiance Credit Union, World Neighbors and the State Regents for Higher Education.
